| Abstract: | From the perspective of land expropriation,the existing problems in the land use of township enterprises such as ownership right,use right and servitude as well as their causes were analyzed based on the definition of the property right of the land use of township enterprises.Some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward: strict determination of types of land expropriation and achievement of the equal right for the same land type. |
