| 摘 要： | 分析了我国水利工程咨询企业发展战略路径锁定的问题及其原因,厘清水利工程咨询企业核心竞争力的内容,将我国水利工程咨询企业划分为5大类型,提出解决我国水利工程咨询企业发展战略路径锁定问题的对策,即根据企业核心竞争力,从业务-地域-行业维度,创新企业发展战略路径。

| Abstract: | The locking of the path of development strategy of the water conservancy engineering consulting firms in China and the relevant causes were analyzed.The content of the core competitive power of the water conservancy engineering consulting firms was clarified.The water conservancy engineering consulting firms in China were classified into 5 categories.The countermeasures for solving the locking problem of the path of development strategy of the water conservancy engineering consulting firms in China were proposed： establishment of core competitive power and innovation of path of development strategy of firms from business,place and industry. |
