| 摘 要： | 便秘是老年人常见病症之一,老年人便秘是多种因素所致,社区护理人员应优先选择非侵入性、非药物处理措施。采取早期预防及合理的护理措施,改善社区老年人棘手的便秘问题,有利于提高社区老年人的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Constipation is a common disturbance problem for the elderly,which is caused by multiple factors.The non-invasive,non-drug treatment measures should be selected as priority.The early prevention and reasonable nursing care can relieve constipation and can be helpful to improve the quality of life of the elderly in the community. |
