The Sino-US intellectual property rights lawsuit between China's General Protecht Thchnology Group and U.S.electrical giant Leviton has been eyes-catching in both China and the U.S.After three years of close quarter battles, on July 10, 2007,Federal District of New Mexico Judge James Browning awarded summary judgment of non-infringement, in favor of General Protecht, ending Chinese companies' winning drought in US patent litigations.
