| Abstract: | The development of science and technology makes technology become the commodity in the market-oriented economy,and intermediary organizations play important role in the resource of allocation technology,but our country is in a certain stage,the development and growth of the intermediary organizations is in the early stage and we should take measures to play the role of intermediary organizations from the aspects of government,legal norms,the optimization of agencies. |
