| 摘 要： | 专利产业化发展模式的探究是专利产业化深度发展的一个标志.已有的发展模式有基地型、企业型、高校型和行业型等,这种分类多是从专利产业化外部性角度出发,忽略了专利产业化内部动力的挖掘.因此.通过技术许可这一专利实施的最主要方式来分析我国可行的专利产业化模式,并且结合<合同法>以及其他规章制度总结出适合现阶段国情的意见和建议.

| Abstract: | Research of the industrial mode of the pattern reflects its development level.The industrial mode has base type,company type,college type and industry type,etc.Such classification is mostly from the outside of the patent industry,ignoring the internal motivation.Therefore,the paper proposes suggestions through technology licensing to analyze the possible patent industrialization mode and combined with the Contract Law and other regulations. |
