| Abstract: | To meet the needs of economic and social development,the practice teaching ladder is proposed to build up,namely,the steps of professional ethics training,basic skills training,the expertise,mastery training level.To build up the practice teaching system,it's necessary to prepare training materials,to build practice teaching team,to implement new pedagogy,to make criteria of evaluation,to design new incentive mechanism. |
