摘    要:为了降低成本,转移经营风险,优化配置资源,虚拟企业的组织变革已经深入到人力资源管理领域.为了有效应对虚拟人力资源管理带来的影响与挑战,企业必须适应知识经济时代信息化、网络化、虚拟化的发展趋势,立足于提升自身核心竞争力,借助科学人力资源管理理念,从企业核心战略、文化、制度、激励、技术等各个层面形成系统性策略.
