从健康河流的理念出发,提出了健康河流的概念,分析了健康河流应具有的特征,指出目前国际、国内河流普遍存在着非健康状况,同时,在分析影响河流健康的主要因素的基础上,提出了打造健康河流的构想和措施,以保护河流生态系统的健康良性发展和促进河流水资源的高效利用,保障社会经济的可持续发展.

Construct Healthy Rivers to Maintain Sustainable Development of Society

Human activities have dramatically changed the rivers' natural characters in terms of both time and space.This paper introduces the concept of healthy rivers,discusses the features of such rivers,and points out that unhealthy conditions exist in the rivers worldwide.Based on an analysis of the main factors influencing the health of the rivers,this paper puts forward the construct of and measures for building healthy rivers so as to protect healthy evolution of rivers and improve efficient use of river resources,thus ensuring the sustainable development of society.
