发展综合商社——要走有中国特色之道

21世纪将是中国经济腾飞的世纪。加入WTO ,这给中国企业带来了走向国际市场的好机会 ,同时也带来了巨大的压力。我国要稳步走向国际经济的大循环 ,要战胜国外的跨国公司 ,就必须大力发展我国的跨国企业 ,大力发展具有中国特色的综合商社就是一条切实可行的道路。从我国综合商社的现状出发 ,通过了解综合商社的基本特征和其在我国发展的必要性 ,结合我国的国情 ,寻找出一条适合于我国综合商社继续发展的道路。

The Development of Comprehensive Commercial Associations with Chinese Style

20th century is the epoch of development of Chinese economy. China is to join into the WTO, this will be aigood chance for Chinese enterprises to enter the international market. But at the same time, it will bring tremendous pressure,especially the challenge of foreign TNCs.If China wants to enter the circulation of international economy unfalteringly, and beat the TNCs, it is necessary to develop Chinese TNCs, Certainly, it is a feasible way to develop Chinese.Comprehensive Commercial Associations(CCA).In this thesis the author tries to seek a way to develop Chinese CCAs by studying CCA's features and present situation and answers why China should develop CCAs.
