| Abstract: | Young teachers in colleges,especially Ph.D.s as new comers should pay attention to pre-post training.Being Assistant supervisors,they should correctly understand their relationship with tutors,guiding graduates to perform on project research and thesis writing.Meanwhile,they should improve their own quality and ability in research. |
