| 摘 要： | 旅游院校实行校企合作能实现双方优势互补和资源共享,有利于提高人才培养质量,促进学生就业。针对目前合作中存在的一些问题,学校应进行教学改革,结合实际与企业联合培养高层次管理人才,建设"双师型"师资队伍,稳定和拓展校外实习基地,提高合作水平。

| Abstract: | The school and enterprise cooperation for tourism colleges and universities makes it available for both sides to have complementary advantages and resource share,and it is even helpful for the improvement of the talents cultivation quality and the promotion of college students employment.Colleges and universities are supposed,according to the issues in the present cooperation,to carry out the teaching reform,cultivate actually and jointly the senior management talents with enterprises,construct the double-qualified teaching staffs,retain and expand external teaching bases and enhance the level of cooperation. |
