| 摘 要： | 校企联合培养硕士研究生目前主要有校企项目合作、校企双导师制、校企共建研究生联合培养基地三种模式。为提高研究生培养质量,要逐渐完善政策支撑体系,建立多元化的资金筹措机制和利益共享、风险公担机制,完善企业研究生导师制度,还要注重过程管理,建立培养质量考核评价体系。

| Abstract: | There exist presently three kinds of modes as to the joint training of post graduates between school and enterprise: the program cooperation,the double tutorial system,and the co-construcion of the joint cultivation base of post graduates.It is supposed,for the enhance of post graduate culivation quality,to improve gradually the policy supporting system,to establish the diversified financing mechanism and profit and risk sharing mechanism,to make perfect the mentor program system,and to build the appraisal and evaluation system of education quality by paying more attention to process management. |
