| Abstract: | The running of Hotel Management in postsecondary vocational and technical institutions should be centered around market demand.The paper argues that it can be fulfiled by innovating the teaching program.in terms of building training bases and strengthening the role played by cooperative enterprise in the whole process.The characterized "2+1" framework is helpful in constructing a long-acting machanism that is beneficial to the institute,the enterprise as well as to the students. |
