大学生网络成瘾现象的对策研究

调查显示,在少数网络成瘾大学生中,理工科学生较多,男生较多。他们自我认知不到位,影响自己的正常学习。要加强新生入学教育,开设一些专门课程,帮助学生提高网上辨别能力和自控能力,注重心理疏导和人文关怀,以有效预防和逐步戒除少数学生的网瘾现象。

Investigation and Countermeausres to College Student Internet Addiction Disorder

It is shown in the investigation that among internet addicts in universities most of them are sicence and engineering or male students whose relatively lower self cognition ability makes it impossible to study.It is necessary to strengthen the freshmen entrance education by setting some special courses,help them with the internet discrmination ability and self control ability,and pay more attention to the psychological guidance and humanistic care and concern for the valid prevention and even gradual abstention of internet addiction disorder.
