It is of great significance for colleges to do well the ideological and political work for democratic parties in advancing the reform and development of the colleges and in constructing harmonious campuses.In new times,changes have taken place in age structure,mental status,values and behavior style among members of democratic parties in colleges.Therefore,emphasis and enhancement should be placed on ideological and political construction of leaders in democratic parties,cadre team and their representatives.Meanwhile,it should be strengthened for the ideological and political education on new members of democratic parties.
