中小企业人力资源管理外包的风险与控制

摘    要:人力资源管理外包为中小企业的发展提供了新契机。外包管理具有很多优势和作用,但同时也存在一定的风险。中小企业应该完善外包流程,并分阶段采取相应的措施来规避、控制风险。

Abstract:Human resource management out-service provides an opportunity for the development of small and mediumsized enterprises.Management out-service has many advantages and functions as well as risks.Out-service procedures should be improved for small and medium-sized enterprises.Meanwhile,risks should be avoided by taking appropriate measures by stages.
