| 摘 要： | 产业结构单一,产业水平低,人才缺乏,资金不足等是制约皖北经济发展主要因素。皖北要加快发展,必须加速推进新型工业化进程;加强东引西联,扩大对外开放;明确发展目标,加速推进农业产业化进程;发展壮大中心城市。

| Abstract: | Elements restrict economic development in the north of Anhui province involve monotonous industrial structure,low industrial level,and lack of talents and capital.In order to develop the north of Anhui,it should be done to advance new industrialization process,promote importing from the East and cooperation with the West,enlarging opening up,determine development goal,accelerate agricultural industrialization,and develop key cities. |
