黑龙江省农产品进出口 贸易的现状与发展对策

近几年，黑龙江省农产品进出口贸易尽管取得了不俗的成绩，但仍然存在出口商品结构不合理、传统优势产品竞争力下降、信息发布机制不健全等问题，面对日益高筑的国际“绿色壁垒”，农产品出口的可持续增长前景堪忧。政府应从制定振兴农产品出口规划、强化质量管理、建立进出口预警机制等方面入手，切实保证农产品进出口贸易的健康发展。

On Actuality and Developing Strategy on Agricultural Products Import and Export of Heilongjiang Province

In recent years, there are encouraging results in import and export trade of agricultural products of Heilongjiang Province. However, there are still some problems, such as unreasonable export structure, the decline in the competitiveness of traditional prodacts, unsound information dissemination mechanism. Facing with increasing international green harriers, it is worrisome for agricultural exports to maintain sustainable growth. The government should formulate plans to revive agricultural exports, strengthen quality control, and establish an advanced warning mechanism for the import and export trade, so as to ensure the healthy development of import and export trade of agricultural products.
