| 摘 要： | 产业结构知识化跨越是新一轮技术革命中世界产业发展的重要趋势。把握其内在运行规律对我国充分利用“后发优势”，走新型工业化道路具有十分重要的意义。文章通过对产业结构知识化跨越中的动力机制、传导机制和保障机制进行分析，揭示了我国产业结构高级化的内在运行规律。
