| 摘 要： | 我国商业保险公司由于出租车行业风险高而不愿承保其风险，而出租车行业因为商业车险的费率高、理赔慢等原因不愿投保，造成了出租车行业风险管理的空白。本文基于北京市出租车行业的风险管理与保险问卷调查，分析了北京市出租车行业的发展现状及存在的问题，探讨了我国出租车行业建立专属保险制度的必要性及可行性。

| Abstract: | The commercial insurer is reluctant to write the risk of taxi industry because it is a high risk business, and the taxi industry is unwilling to insure because of both expensive premium and slow settlement of claim. To this end, the risk management of taxi industry is full of questions. So, the necessity and feasibility of captive are discussed in this paper, according to the risk management and insurance inquiry paper of Beijing taxi industry. |
