| Abstract: | The fate of enterprise is determined by the qualifications of managers. Under the conditions of opening up to the world and developing socialist marketing economy, as long as the supervision to managers has been strengthened, making the power of them to be restricted effectively, could the state-owned enterprise play an important role in the development of the national economy, making more greater contributions to reform, development and stability for the nation. |
