| 摘 要： | 随着国有企业改革的深入，加快建立现代企业制度，改革国有企业分配制度和建立健全经营的激励机制就显得非常重要和迫切。本文通过对目前国有企业分配制度的分析，提出了改革国有企业分配制度和建立健全激励机制的思路。

| Abstract: | Along with the deepgoing reform in the state owned enterprises, it is very important and urgent for that to accelerate in establishing a modern enterprise system, reforming the distri- bution system, setting up and perfecting an inspiring mechanism. Through analysing the current distribution system in the enterprises, the article has put forward a clue for the above mentioned system and mechanism. |
