略论高校思想政治工作的问题与对策

近年来，高校学生普遍年龄偏低，独生子女偏多，富裕地区学生增多，导致思想政治工作方面出现一些问题。高校作为培养社会主义“四有”新人的前沿阵地，如何加强和改进学生思想政治工作，特别是在新世纪，如何使培养的社会主义事业建设和接班人不仅具有良好的化、专业、身体素质，而且具有良好的思想政治素质，本就此提出了相应的对策。

A Brief Talk on Ideological and Political Work in College Countermeasures

Concerning college and university as the frontier to culture new generations for socialism and the phenomena existing recently in Guangdong in particular such as: the majority of lower age of enrollment, single child in family and the students from rich areas ,as well as some ideological and political problems, the article tries to probe into how to strengthen and improve this kind of work, solving the radical problem for cultivation.
