| 摘 要： | 中小企业信用担保机构是社会化的中小企业发展促进体系的重要组成部分,也是建立政府促进中小企业发展的政策体系的重要基础。它在中小企业信贷链中居于中介位置,一手托两家:既为金融机构提供担保,减少其信贷风险,又为中小企业提供信用支持,以利于争取金融机构贷款。为实现吉林省经济社会的更好更快发展,当前迫切需要加快建立完善中小企业担保体系,以推进中小企业的更快发展。

| Abstract: | The credit guarantee department of middle and small enterprises is an important part of socialized develop-ment promotion system and the basis of development promotion policies.It is in the middle of the credit chain:supply-ing guarantee for financial department to reduce the risks and supplying credit support for middle and small enterprises to earn loans.In order to develop Jilin provincial economy rapidly and better,it is urgent to establish the guarantee sys-tem for middle and small enterprises. |
