| 摘 要： | 在推进社会主义物质文明、政治文明、精神文明发展的进程中,要扎扎实实做好构建社会主义和谐社会的各项工作。和谐社会理论的提出适应了时代的发展和人民的需要,是全面建设小康社会理论和科学发展观的进一步深化,而“三农”问题是中国经济社会发展的“瓶颈”,也是全面构建和谐社会的“瓶颈”。要构建一个真正的和谐社会,必须着力解决“三农”问题。

| Abstract: | During the course of promoting the development of socialism material civilization,political civilization and spiritual civilization,we should do everything to construct a socialism harmonious society in a down-to-earth manner.The providing of harmonious society theory meets the needs of development and people.It deepens the concept of constructing a comprehensive well-off society and scientific development.The "Three Rural" issues are the bottleneck of economic and social development and constructing a comprehensive harmonious society.To construct a truly harmonious society,we must make efforts to solve the "Three Rural" issues. |
