| 摘 要： | 企业家在我国企业发展中具有举足轻重的作用。然而,目前我国企业家队伍建设中存在着一些问题,要解决这些问题,最根本的方法就是提高企业家自身素质。我国的企业家不但应具备完备的知识体系和高尚的道德情操,还要精于企业的运作,善于选用和培养人才,最重要的是要有坚韧的毅力和忧患意识,勇于承担责任,挑战未知等。
