| 摘 要： | 在全球铁矿石价格逐年提升、国家钢铁业竞争日趋激烈的背景下，我国钢铁行业的结构调整和产业升级已迫在眉睫。运用因子分析法，从财务绩效视角出发，客观地对我国33家钢铁行业上市公司2007年绩效进行评价，旨在判断钢铁业的优势资源所在，辨明亟待调整和整合的弱势资源，为我国钢铁行业的企业整合、产业结构调整和升级提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | On the background of price rising on ironstone and drastic competition of steel companies globally,steel industry of our country has to change its structure and upgrade its own immediately.It aims to appraise the operation performances of 33 steel industry listed companies in 2007,using Factor Analysis Method,in order to make out those advantage and disadvantage resources in steel industry,so that we can supply scientific proofs for industrial integration and upgrade in the whole industry. |
