中小企业群的壳组织——一种新型企业组织的设想

设计出一种新型的企业组织形式－－中小企业群的壳组织，以把同一相关产业的不同中小企业联合，在尽可能保留中小企业本身优点的基础上，组成一个强大的企业编队，从而使我国中小企业能在经济全球一体化的市场海洋中不断前进，对壳组织的功能与作用、竞争优势、社会效益等方面进行了讨论。

The thesis attempts to work out a new form of organization for enterprises, i.e. the Shell Organization of medium-sized and small enterprises group, in order to combine those independent enterprises dealing with the relevant business of a same field. Basing on keeping the advantages of medium-sized and small enterprises as more as possible, a powerful enterprise team are to organize, thus enabling our medium-sided and small enterprises to make constant progress in the market of global economic integration. The thesis discussed the function, the competitive advantage and the social benefits of the Shell Organization.
