壳聚糖黄原酸钠对Cr(Ⅲ)离子的吸附性研究

摘    要:研究了不同粒径的二硫代氨基甲酸改性壳聚糖(壳聚糖黄原酸钠,DTC-CTS)对Cr3+的吸附性能,通过正交试验研究确定了最优吸附条件。结果表明:DTC-CTS对Cr3+的最佳吸附条件为pH7.5,温度40℃,时间3 h,Cr3+溶液浓度100 mg/L,此条件下Cr3+的去除率为95.99%。进行二次吸附处理后,Cr3+溶液浓度可降至0.89 mg/L。

Abstract:Adsorption properties of different diameter dithiocarbamate -modified chitosan (chitosan xanthenes sodium DTC - CTS) with different diameter for Cr^3+ were studied. Adsorption of optimum conditions were researched and confirmed through orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimum adsorption conditions for Cr^3+ were as follows: pH = 7.5 ,absorption temperature was 40 ℃ ,adsorption time was 3 h,and mass concentration of Cr^3+ solution was 100 mg/L. Under above conditions, removal rate for Cr^3+ was 95.99%. Adsorbing secondly, the mass concentration of Cr^3+ concentration can be reduced to 0.89 mg/L.
