| 摘 要： | 为了充分认识和发掘大中型水库水利资源,探索其综合开发与保护方式方法,以典型水库为基点,分析了大中型水库水利资源开发与保护的基本现状及存在的主要问题,从管理模式、结构调整、行业管理、产权改革、运行机制、投入机制等6个方面,提出了大中型水库水利资源综合开发与保护工作的基本途径及对策。
