基于提高职业院校毕业生就业质量的思考

高职毕业生就业质量不高,究其原因主要有三个方面,职业院校毕业生处境尴尬,就业环境恶劣、就业保障缺失,职业教育水平不高。如何提高职业院校毕业生的就业质量,笔者认为政府要从院校、企业和学生个人方面进行加强引导,正视职业教育、加大职业教育改革力度、加强职业观念教育,才能有效解决高职毕业生的就业质量问题。
