| Abstract: | The paper combines the fact of the library of Xi'an Technological University and discusses how to develop the function that the library works in education for all-around development of academician from many-sided,such as building the library team culture,system constructing,optimizing the structure of collecting books,creating a healthy cultural environment,students participate in managing,and enhancing diathesis of staff. |
