| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析普通本科院校食品科学与工程专业人才就业现状,提出了以就业为导向的改革必要性,分析了该专业人才培养方案与职技院校人才培养方案和课程体系区别,并就我院专业培养方案与课程体系改革与实践经验进行了详细介绍。
