青年教师工程实践能力的自我培养

摘    要:经济社会的发展对青年教师的教学科研素质要求逐渐提高,而其工程实践能力的重视程度相对滞后。长期的工程实践能力薄弱,对教师的发展和我们国家走新型工业化发展道路、建设创新型国家和人才强国战略都将产生不利影响。为了响应我国2010-2020国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要中制定的卓越工程师教育培养计划,青年教师应从自身出发,通过各种途径进行个人工程实践能力的锻炼和提高。
