高校会计人才培养的SWOT视角

当前的会计人才培养存在以下问题:一方面从当前的学生就业来看,会计类专业已成为就业市场存量最大的专业之一;另一方面,会计继续教育市场上良莠不齐,未能达到提升会计人员的素质和工作实战能力的初衷。本文立足于高校,面向整个会计人才培养的市场,借鉴市场营销的思维方式提出了在会计人才培养中应用SWOT分析方法,认为高校在人才培养中应该以完成教学任务为中心,抓住在校生培养和会计继续教育人才培养两条主线。希冀为高校的会计人才培养提供一种新的思路。
