| Abstract: | The paper points out the inconsistency between the existing evaluation model and College English Curriculum Requirements,analyzes the obstacles of implementing formative evaluation from theoretical research,teaching reform and management model,and then introduces strategies from formative assessment construction,teaching system reform and changing teachers' concepts. |
