| 摘 要： | 我国工业建筑投资额占全国建筑投资总额的很大比重,由于工业建设项目涉及行业多,生产运营过程中能耗和排放量大等特点,更有必要提倡"绿色",而研究和建立针对工业厂房的绿色建筑评价指标体系是其重要基础。文章对比分析了国内外现行的绿色建筑评价体系,针对工业厂房的特点和我国工业厂房的发展现状,尝试提出适用于我国工业厂房的绿色建筑评价指标体系,并分析了各关键评价指标的选取依据。
