| 摘 要： | 葫芦岛市地处辽宁省西部,大中小河流约500余条,流域面积大于100km2河流有27条,葫芦岛市城市防洪工程涉及的河流有四条,分别为五里河、连山河、茨山河、月亮河。针对城市防洪面临的严峻问题,从分析现状、查找问题到科学制定城市防洪规划进行了系统地探讨与研究。

| Abstract: | Huludao City is located in the western Liaoning Province.There are about 500 rivers,in which 27 rivers' river area is more than100km2.The flood control project of Huludao City involves four rivers: Wuli River,Lianshan River,Cishan River,Moon River.Facing the critical issues of flood control for the city,the paper analyzed the status quo,found the problem,and made the scientific urban flood control plan. |
