| 摘 要： | 建筑工程造价管理是降低工程成本的有效管理措施。目前河南开封市尉氏县住房和城乡建设局正在加强工程造价管理力度和强度,力求给业主们提供一个价格合理,建筑舒适,质量安全的建筑构造。本文作者从建筑工程造价管理的重要性出发,分析了尉氏县建筑工程造价管理的现状,并提出相应的改革对策。

| Abstract: | The cost management of architectural engineering is an effective measure to reduce project cost.Nowadays,in order to provide a comfortable and safe building structure with reasonable price,Weishi County Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau in He'nan Kaifeng is to strengthen the dynamics and intensity of project cost management.Based on the importance of cost management for construction project,the author analyzes its present situation,and proposes the corresponding countermeasures. |
