| 摘 要： | 三峡升船机是目前世界上规模最大和技术难度最高的升船机,为保证升船机设备安装、调试的顺利施工和安全运行,对升船机埋件(齿条、螺母柱等)的安装精度提出了远超一般埋件的要求。同时在埋件设计的各个方面采取了一定的措施,设置了三期埋件来逐级保证最终升船机的安装精度。本文通过对具有代表性的螺母柱一期埋件安装的一些措施介绍了如何保证一期埋件的精度,进而保证二期、三期埋件的安装质量。
