| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工已经成为产业工人的重要组成部分,却处在在为所在城市的发展做出巨大贡献的同时,又很难融入城市的尴尬处境。一个的游离在城乡之间规模庞大的群体,极易引发一系列社会问题,已成为困扰我国经济社会发展的一个难题。除了用工制度、户籍制度和社会保障制度等方面因素外,技能是新生代农民工融入城市的一大障碍,技能培训在其中作用就显得至关重要,迫切需要各级政府部门作出必要的制度安排。
