摘    要:在此激烈的竞争环境下,饭店要想谋求生存和持续发展,单纯依靠价格竞争很难达到目的,服务质量一定程度上影响着餐馆的营销效果、经济收益和竞争实力,这些与消费者的满意程度息息相关。位于SCUT附近的某餐馆是一个以高校学生为其主要消费群体的餐馆。本文结合某餐馆的现状,构造某餐馆服务质量与顾客满意的关系概念模型,并对服务质量与顾客满意的关系进行实证研究。
