| 摘 要： | 长三角地区由于其地理位置显要,交通设施便利,经济发展水平高等特点,其物流优势显现。与其他经济圈不同,长三角以民营企业居多。而企业性质不同,对物流人才的基本素质要求也是不同的。笔者结合长三角物流行业特点,在调查分析的基础上,探讨长三角高职类物流人才核心竞争力,为高职院校物流人才培养方向提供一定的依据。
