| 摘 要： | 社会上物流人才的需求状况决定了高校物流专业的设置与发展方向。高职物流教育作为培养企业基层和中层高素质、高技能物流人才的摇篮,如何培养出符合社会需要的物流人才,成为当前迫切需要解决的问题。文章通过对陕西境内物流人才需求状况的调研,以期为高职物流教育更好地培养适应社会发展需要的人才提供科学依据和借鉴。
