| 摘 要： | 伴随着时代的发展,"以学生为中心"的教育思想得到了我国教育界的高度重视。本文讨论在高师数学专业的教学管理中如何做到"以学生为中心"。探讨"以学生为中心"的高师数学专业学业导师制度。指出"以学生为中心"学业导师制度的建立原因、核心思想,及学业导师应具备的能力。

| Abstract: | With the development of era,student-centered method becomes more important in our country's education domain.Student-centered approach to teaching management in Higher Normal Colleges' mathematics major is discussed.Student-centered approach to the academic tutorial system is studied.The cause and major method,ability for academic tutorials about student-centered approach to the academic tutorial system are proposed. |
