| 摘 要： | 企业安全文化是企业在长期安全生产和经营活动中逐步形成的,具有企业自己特色的安全价值观和意识、安全作风和行为规范、安全管理机制和工作目标的具体表象,是企业安全物质因素和安全精神因素的总和。企业安全文化是不断提炼和提升、长期不断促进、发展的过程,而非产生出来的。企业安全文化必须在创新中丰富,在发展中完善。
