| 摘 要： | 我国民办高校经过20多年的发展,尽管取得了不小的成绩,但是民办高校教师流动频繁,工作积极性、主动性不高影响了民办高校的发展。本文以陕西为例,分析民办高校的教师队伍现状和特点,旨在为陕西民办高校教师队伍的建设提供依据。
