高层住宅三步节能工程质量控制

在全国范围内首次推行三步节能建设目标,尤其对民用建筑的屋面、门窗、采暖、地面和墙体等的节能工程及检测等领域,做出了多方位的研究和探索,取得的成效也颇为明显,同时也为我国寒冷地区的民用建筑节能设计、施工及验收等能够达到三步节能建设目标奠定了基础。三步节能工程中,施工是保证,材料是基础,设计是关键,检测是评价。笔者就高层住宅三步节能工程的质量控制进行了具体的阐述。
