| 摘 要： | 目的:观察利用术前访视对行经阴道B超取卵术患者进行心理干预的效果。方法:将300例不孕症行经阴道B超取卵术的患者随机分为术前访视组与对照组各150例,并进行比较观察,对照组术前在病区进行常规健康教育,干预组由管床护士利用术前访视对取卵患者进行心理状况调查分析,并实施心理干预。结果:干预组焦虑、恐惧均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:不孕症人群心理状况的整体水平较正常人低,不良情绪以抑郁、焦虑等为主。利用术前访视对取卵患者进行心理干预,可以减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,使患者在良好心理的状态下接受手术,增加手术的安全性,减少术后并发症。
